Solidarity with the Cuban people through our cultural immersion trip is the best way to offer support for the Cuban people. Authentic cultural immersion happens when people of different cultures connects in an authentic setting and soccer and poetry are ideal ingredients to bring people together.

During our week in Cuba, we will be working with the school of Vilo Acuña in the community of Cárdenas, a city in the Matanzas province in Cuba, about 116 km by air [156 km by road] east of Havana. Our youth coaches will work directly with kids from the community and the school of Vilo Acuña.

Our camp will include:

• work with the kids from the school Vilo Acuña from 9 am to 2 pm-M-F.

• Offer soccer workshops for the community-we plan to train young adults and other community leaders from Cardenas. This will take place from 4-6 pm on Wed and Thursday.
